Guide

Quickstart

From nothing to your taste, your feed and your first ask to Najimi in about two minutes. No account needed.

Open najimi.xyz and tap Start. You begin as a guest; nothing asks for an email until you choose to sign in, and signing in later keeps everything you made.

Who are you

Pick one of six faces (it sets your colour), type your name, and keep or change the username it suggests. It checks the username is free as you type.

Where are you

Search your city on the map (cities come from Qloo). Places, Earth and night plans start here. You can skip it.

Three things you love

Tap from a grid of well-known things or search anything: an artist, a film, a show, a book, a restaurant, a brand. Three to twelve. Search shows Qloo's own artwork as you type.

Already have your taste somewhere else? Bring your taste reads a Letterboxd diary, a Goodreads shelf or Last.fm top artists by username, or a list of X and Instagram handles, and matches each to Qloo. You tick what to keep.

How much each one counts

A slider per love, 1 to 10. The heavier a love, the more it pulls your picks.

Watch your taste build

Your profile opens and fills in live: your words, your picks across every kind of thing, your colours, and the parts of your city where your taste lives. Tap Built on to see every Qloo call it made.

Keep it

  • Sign in from the account button with a one-time code sent to your email. Everything you made as a guest moves with you, even into an account you already had.
  • Put it on your phone. Najimi is an installable web app: on iPhone, Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android, the Install button on najimi.xyz/download. On iPhone, notifications need it on your Home Screen; elsewhere, switch them on in Settings.
  • Guests have smaller daily allowances (see Settings) and can't have Najimi phone venues. Guest accounts nobody uses for 30 days are deleted (unless a picture they made is in the public showcase).
