People, circles and DMs
Find people by taste, see your match with anyone, and make circles where your friends and Najimi decide things together.
Tap People. At the top, the stories tray and a search for usernames and names; below them, the arcade of games, your circles, your friends, and people whose taste is close to yours.
Following and friends
Follow anyone. When two people follow each other, they're friends: friends can be added to a new circle and see a taste set to Friends. You can message anyone whose taste you can see. Someone's profile shows how many followers they have.
Your match
Open anyone's profile and Najimi asks Qloo to compare your two tastes. You get one number, the loves you both have (You both love) and the words you both are (You're both).
People with your taste
- Taste twins: the people on Najimi who share the most loves and picks with you, with how many things you have in common.
- In culture, with your taste: public figures Qloo predicts for you.
- The radar (on Earth): the same twins in rings around you, closest in the middle, and public figures on the outer ring. Only people who switched Show me on the radar on in Settings appear.
Circles
A circle is a group chat with Najimi in it.
Make one. People → New circle: a name and any friends you want in it. They get an invite.
Invite anyone else. Tap the circle's title for its members sheet: an Invite card with a QR code and a share link. Someone new picks a few loves (as a guest is fine) and lands straight in the circle.
Call Najimi. Start a message with @najimi or "Najimi…". It answers for the whole room, by name: who a pick fits, and why.
The members sheet also has the circle's soundtrack (songs for everyone's blended taste, through the one player), what's loved in this circle, the words you all share, and the members.
The Najimi Lounge is a public circle that Najimi runs. Join it from People to play against everyone.
DMs
Message on a friend's row or on someone's profile opens a one-to-one chat. Najimi is there too when called: plans and group picks include you both.
Inbox
The bell on People: follows, invites, people joining your circle, games about your taste, daily drops, bookings and business news. It updates live, and the same things arrive as notifications on your phone (see Settings).
Block and report
From someone's profile menu:
- Block: you disappear from each other's search, twins, radar, Earth and profiles; follows stop, a DM between you closes, and they can't join your circle by link. Settings → Blocked lists them, with Unblock.
- Report (spam, abuse, a fake account, something else): the report is saved and sent to Najimi's owner, and they're blocked too.
