Real-world actions
Najimi phones venues, books hotels, posts on X and makes pictures. Exactly what happens, what it asks first, and what it will never do.
Most of what Najimi does is reading Qloo. Four things reach outside the app. Calls and posts always show you what will happen first, and so do pictures in Ask me first. Calls, room holds and pictures have a daily allowance. All are logged.

In a circle or DM, only the person who asked can say yes; the server refuses anyone else. If you say no, Najimi doesn't ask again.
Phone calls
Ask "book us a table at NOK for four at 8 on Saturday". Najimi needs the venue, the time and how many; it finds the phone number on the venue's website if you don't give one.
You see the call first
A call card shows how the call will open (on the call itself, Najimi gives your name):

and the rules: a real phone call, between 8am and 9pm; Najimi never pays or agrees to a deposit; you'll see the answer here. Call or Not now.
It calls
An ElevenLabs voice agent dials from a Twilio number and opens by saying it's an AI calling on your behalf and that the call is recorded, then asks for your table. It speaks in short sentences, confirms the date, time, party size and your name once, asks for the nearest time without accepting it if yours isn't possible, and never pays, shares card details or agrees to a deposit. It presses keys to get through a phone menu, hangs up without a message if it reaches voicemail, and ends the call itself once the booking is settled or as soon as they say goodbye (or after 20 seconds of silence). The card says Calling…; if they go to check something, it says so while you wait (They're checking the book), then Called with the outcome.
The answer comes back
As soon as the call is over, a booking card in the chat: booked (with the name it's under, Google Calendar and Other calendars), or the time they offered instead, or they didn't confirm a table, so nothing is booked, or the line was busy, nobody picked up or I reached their voicemail, with want me to try again? Listen to the call plays the recording in Najimi's player. The same news comes as a notification and by email. Results arrive by a signed webhook from ElevenLabs; Najimi also follows the line itself with Twilio every minute, so a busy or unanswered call is reported within a minute even without it.
Afterwards
The day before and two hours before, Najimi reminds you (in the chat, as a notification and by email). Three hours after your table, it asks how it was.
Calls only go out between 8am and 9pm where the venue is (read from its number's country; your own time zone when the country spans several). A venue that asks not to be called by an AI again is never called again: Najimi gives you its number instead. Guests can't make calls; sign in first.
Najimi on your own calls
Najimi's number also answers, so you can add it to a phone call you're already on. Save your number in Settings → Najimi on your calls and call Najimi once from that phone to confirm it. Then, on any call: Add call, dial Najimi, Merge.
It says it's an AI that you added and that it's listening, then stays quiet while you talk. Say its name ("Najimi, where should we eat after?") and it answers in a sentence or two; the full answer, with its cards, is in a new Phone call chat in your list. Nothing on these calls books, pays, calls or posts: anything like that waits in the chat for your yes. It leaves when asked, or after 20 minutes. A number Najimi doesn't know, or one not yet confirmed, hears how to set it up and the call ends.
Hotels
On najimi.xyz
Hotels switch on when Nuitee's live key is added to the server. Until then Najimi says plainly that hotel booking isn't on yet, while nights, routes and shows work as described.
Ask for somewhere to stay: where, when, how many nights, how many people. Najimi shows real rooms from Nuitee within a few kilometres, best rated first, with the price for the whole stay and whether it's refundable.
Book holds that price with Nuitee. Nothing is charged.
Pay on the payment page: your name, email and phone, then Nuitee's own payment sheet. Nuitee is the merchant of record; Najimi never sees your card.
Confirmed lands in the chat as a booking card: the confirmation, Add to calendar, and Cancel while it's free to. If the hotel is slow, Najimi checks every ten minutes for a day and tells you either way.
The morning after you check out, it asks how it was.
Posts on X
Ask Najimi to post something ("tell my followers about tonight"). It drafts the post in your voice and shows it as a preview with a character count. Post it sends it from your connected X; the card turns into the posted post with its link. Without a connected X, you get a one-tap link that opens X with the words filled in. If X refuses, you keep the words and the link.

Pictures
Share a photo of your room and ask "show me this in my taste". Najimi writes the picture from your taste's words (only words that really are in your Qloo taste) and keeps your room exactly as it is: the furniture, the layout, the camera angle. It can also make a new picture from your words. It never offers one unprompted.
In Ask me first mode a card shows what it will make and what it uses of today's allowance. The picture arrives with the before and after, download, share and a variation. Pictures are made by FLUX 2 on fal, or OpenAI's image models. If a picture fails, its allowance comes back.
